We are pleased to announce that Tecta America Potteiger and Tecta America Roofers Inc have merged into Tecta America East. We look forward to using the strengths of each organization to better serve our clients in the mid-Atlantic region, with increased capacity, greater technical strengths, and a combined service operation. We will continue to operate from the offices noted below to provide you prompt, professional roofing service. Both companies have operated in the region for over 40 years and we’ve reached a point where consolidating the strengths of each of these subsidiaries will result in a higher level of service quality to our clients in this market. Although our name has changed, our commitment to you remains the same. Our personnel, locations, phone numbers and company contacts will remain the same. Our business relationships, contracts, warranties, licenses, and other agreements will continue on the same terms and remain in full force and effect.
